If you are struggling to manage or feel you do not understand your pet’s behavior and need help, I am here to assist you. Through a veterinary behavior consultation, we can work together to find the causes and contributing factors of the problematic behavior. Since each animal and family is unique, a behavior modification and medical treatment plan is made to fit your individual situation.
Schedule a Behavior Consult
Don’t wait for your dog or cat’s behavior problems to worsen before scheduling a consultation!
Dogs and cats that live with us as close family members are greatly impacted by our lifestyle, daily schedule, and living environment, as well as our interactions with them. The relationships we have with our pets can be a source of great joy or great stress depending on their behavior. Some behaviors can be very difficult to manage and unpleasant — or even dangerous — to live with. If your pet also suffers from fear or anxiety, behavior problems can become even more complex.
With over 10 years of companion animal experience, and a passion for behavior and cognition I am here to help! Using veterinary training and science-backed methods I can address both medical and behavioral causes to treat issues including but not limited to:
- Fear and anxiety
- Aggression
- Dog reactivity
- Separation anxiety
- Destructive behaviors
- Tension between household pets
- House soiling
- Litter box issues
- Introducing new pets
The stress of travel, strangers, and a busy veterinary hospital can significantly alter the way and animal acts, so behavior consults are conducted as house calls where I can get to know you and you pet in the home environment and see the animal’s behavior first-hand.
